For Parents, Teachers, Fitness Instructors, Yoga Students & Yoga Teachers Yoga Alliance credit for continuing education.  An Indigo Yoga Teaching Certificate will be awarded to each student completing the course.

Friday Night, 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm (Vegetarian Potluck Dinner),  Sunday, 11 am to 5 pm
What to bring: Yoga mat, dress comfortably, snacks, water, journal/notebook, pen, an open heart and mind.
